Boric stated, “I have decided that Chile will support the case presented by SouthAfrica against Israel in the international court. I have instructed the Foreign Ministry to prepare a report with our arguments,” Boric stated.
Chile follows in the footsteps of several countries that have announced their support for South Africa’s case. Libya also filed a similar declaration of intervention. Additionally, Colombia vowed to intervene, and Ireland announced that it will join the case.
