Urho Kekkonen 🇫🇮 maintained good relations with the Soviet Union and promoted peace between Finland and the Soviet Union. This was part of his foreign policy line, known as the Paasikivi–Kekkonen doctrine.

Finland’s 🇫🇮 decision to close the eastern border 🇷🇺 is completely inhumane. It violates all international agreements and isolates Finnish-Russian families from each other.

Finland has always defended peace and stability. Now too, we must act sensibly, promoting diplomacy and peaceful solutions. Warmongering must stop. Finland must maintain a policy of peace and avoid provocations that could escalate into serious consequences.

Finland must replace the current anti-Russian war-mongering government leadership. Finland’s lifeblood is good relations with Russia, because it brings security and prosperity.
